Ilah Heller-Bair, M.D., is board certified in both Pediatrics and Internal Medicine. She provides primary (office based) care for patients of all ages, and also cares for them if they should be hospitalized. Dr. Heller-Bair has admitting privileges at both Silver Cross Hospital and Provena St. Joseph's Medical Center in Joliet.
As examples, Dr. Heller-Bair performs annual, school, and sports physicals. She does pap smears, immunizations, and screening tests for common diseases, and develops treatment programs for chronic diseases such as asthma, diabetes and hypertension. She also does developmental, vision and hearing screening for children, and provides take home information to parents.
